Daughter is getting ready to head to college this fall. Thinking of selling her 1999 limited 4runner. Get something a little better on gas? It’s almost got 220,000 miles on it. It also has the rear locker and multi mode switch on it? She drives the thing about 40 miles a day right now. Truck is in very good shape and clean. Runs very well. Wouldn’t hesitate to drive it any where. Just wondering what a realistic price would be to put on it? I thought about keeping it for myself but have mine where I want it, only difference being SR5. Just trying to see what they go for, prices are all over the place.

I can't begin to guess without some pics, actually lots of pics, don't forget under the skirt pics (RUST), how about any recent maintenance and/or upgrades? Miles aren't high yet for me it depends on condition.
Regardless, this is a Sellers market, for how long who knows. So I'd start High, really high, can always drop as time goes...

Nice stance. Working 4WD and a rear locker are big desires on Runner aficionados. If inside is clean as outside, I'd think of asking 10.
These vehicles are in Demand right now. I've now had 4 folks randomly knock on my door asking, "How much for the 4Runner?" in last year, I don't park it on the street anymore, its closest in driveway with another vehicle behind it.
Your pics cannot be very high resolution, so try lowering just a bit to get under threshold for this site. Luck on deciding but yeah their typical 16-17 mileage is not so good....

I'll second 10. A sleazy reseller will have it on their lot at 15 the next day.
I just bought my '99 with the exact same set up as yours for $6k. I would consider mine a deal and wouldn't sell it for less than $8k, granted I would never sell it
