199mm Tundra Brake parts

In all the part lists / threads I've read so far people have suggested the same rotors for both brake upgrades?

Rotor is the same between 199 and 231. The brake pads are different overall sizes, but the pad material is about the same between the two. The pistons are the same size too. 199 and 231 caliper pistons both use the same rebuild kit. TBU 231mm vs. 199mm Pad Size

The S13WE caliper uses the shorter 4.7" pads....... Correct?

I believe the S13WE use the same pads as the stock calipers. Another user can confirm that. I think I use the same pads in both. As I know i put the pads from the S13WE into the stock calipers. This is off my build thread when i compared the stock to the smaller tundra brake calipers. you can see the only difference is the width for the wider calipers.

Hey guys, first post here and I'll go ahead an apologize if this question has been answered before (likely has I'm sure). But is there a comprehensive list of part numbers to do the Tundra brake conversion? I'm upgrading a 2000 model 4Runner and have had major issues with rotors warping on the stock setup. That being the case I was looking more towards the 231mm, especially if all one needs do is shave down the dust shields to get it to fit on stock 5 spoke wheels. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
