Yeah the place I can get them from is $58 for the whole thing. I know there was a white one near me, but they clear the cars out every so often so I can't guarentee it will be there. I can probably check this weekend.
 
How was interior of that 4runner and what color was it? The tailgate and red paint looked in great shape!

I need a clean uncut radio bezel:)

The 4runner was awesome. I'm going back for the radio bezel in a few days for you(I hid it) it also has power everything which I've never seen on a t4r, I'm thinking of pulling the mirrors and mirror harness and the power locks and window stuff too) it was grey which is the same as my truck(interior) I'm also gonna take the leaf springs on my next trip.

And yeah other than the stickers on the gate. Its mint! Do you know how to switch the lock cylindrs?

SR5 on the tailgate says it has some nice options....thank you for thinking of the bezel for me:) the lock is not hard to change out it is held in with just a clip like the other door locks. It is a little hard to get to but, you can through the back of the tailgate with the window up.

If the front seats are nice I would pull them too. Nice Interior stuff from SR5 trucks is hard coming by. Check to see if it has a leather wrap steering wheel.

Ill check on the cap sides of condition...they were there. The plan is the strip the truck pretty much over the next month untill I leave for the army.

The rear quarters are in excelent shape it it worth cutting them off for my truck? Or just do the fiber glass sides....my sides are done for.....spencer's seen it.

Puddy- yeah idk even the sunroof is different, mine is an sr5 also so idk why I didn't get the good interior, but what ever is good im gonna take, ill have a part out sale once I get all of it. Ill also check for the sterring wheel of it leather wraped cuz that would be nice to have for my truck.
 
Some SR5 trucks had all power and some did not. I have my original dealer brosure for 1988 and the center fold pic is of a SR5 interior with all options but power windows and locks.

I am doing my interior the same way:cool: I am also using all vinyl flooring not carpet. My SR5 seats are being redone at the upholster I can't wait till I get them back:reddance::reddance::reddance:
 
t gates weigh in at 90 LBS and usually cost me around 70 bucks to ship FED EX. They fit nicely in mountain bike boxes you can get from the back side of a bike store.

the power lock actuators will attach to the manual locks with a rod.

If you get the power stuff get the relay and the underdash wiring so it will all be fused. Its not a hard conversion.

I got permission from the wife to buy the rest of the truck as a whole if they will sell it and the price is right..... I'm not spending 1000 on half a truck that don't run.
 
Hell i wont spend over 300 for the rest if I get it as a whole. And that's what I paid for my running drivable t4r

Well the junkyard sucks and won't be getting my business after I get what I need from the 4runner cuz they won't sell the chassis as awhole. **** I'm paying for it and going to haul it my self but oh well. So I'm gonna get what I need and a few other select parts and be done with that yard I think....don't understand why they won't sell it as a whole and they didn't have a good reason its just"their rule".
 
i have a black one that rust bucket didnt want. its just the shell tho...

Ill take $30 plus shipping it is light cos its just the metal shell. Its got some dings but its solid.
