1st Gen Regulator Problem Help!

My passenger side window (w/ wing windows) had been broken for a while so I pulled it apart and threw away the old regulator and bought a new one. When I received the new one, it didn't have the part that actually connects the window to the regulator by two bolts. I have searched for hours trying to find this part anywhere on the internet to no success. Maybe because I don't know the actual name of the part.

The part is about a 6" piece of metal with weatherstripping where the window slides in and 2 bolt holes where it attaches to the regulator.

Does anyone know where I can get this part besides a junkyard? I hope that is a good enough description.

I have no idea what that piece is called, but I've ordered a couple different regulators for my 4Runner and other vehicles and none of them have ever come without it. I'd return the one you have, it's supposed to include that part.
