Just a quick fyi that Fox will have a 2.5" smooth body for the rear of the 4th gen pretty soon. They used my 04 to mock it up so it'll be available soon.
This is the link to the same shock for the new 4runners but it as all the stats, etc.

If you're using the stock aluminum rims you'll either have to have stock size tires or use wheel spacers (not recommended), or if you have a larger tire you'll need a wheel with a different backspacing. Reason being that the 90 degree fitting for the reservoir, and the reservoir itself will rub with the tire at articulation.
