My 4Runner has been garage kept for the last 13 years. In the last year I found when traveling it hesitates/sputters for the first 2-3 miles in the morning. For the last two weeks I have parked outside at home, just refinished the garage floor. I have experienced this almost every morning since its been outside. It also seems worse when it rains a lot overnight. It runs great after the first 2-3 miles, I am lost. Any ideas? Thank you
