2000 limited sport?

Saw a T4r today that was for sale that was a limited desert dune with silver flares but had a sports hood. Called the guy to see if he would trade his hood for mine plus cash of course. All he said was "are you kidding me". He said that it was original parts from factory all matching numbers and all. Curious if that was even an option or if the guy was an idiot. Had 177k 2wd pretty beat up asking 8500.

No. There were no Limited Sport models.

By the way, I think it's awesome that he was stoked on a numbers matching 4Runner. Will there be a day we'll see one on Barrett-Jackson?!?!

Yup clearly just a sport. The badges are not in the exact right location and there is no Limited badge on the rear hatch.

Also that interior is sport trimmed.

DUDE! what is this place, they have so many 4runners, and lifted tacomas and stuff, but ive never seen any of them sold.

They have a 2000 IJM 4x4 Sport thats superchargeed, for like $9995, i think it has something like 201K, all there prices are crazy high!!

I looked into the place when i was buying mine, called the guy, and he had such a heavy middle eastern accent, i was scared to go down and take a look... :uzi:

Yeah, they're crazy overpriced at this place. I remember someone on the tacomaworld forum talking about this place and the guy there would not go down on price. I wonder how he still stays in business.
 
Wow. Are you sure you guys aren't talking about 405 Motors up here in WA? Because you're describing it to a tee.
