so I'm getting an ARB front bumper and won't be needing my 2000 Sport Bumper. Are they worth anything or should I just toss it?

Instead of tossing I would offer up for free in the classifieds section of forum and on local CraigsList as maybe someone can put it to use.
I did same with an extra driver’s door and radiator and both were picked up.

IDK, but post up an install series if you're DIY, please. I understand some cutting and grinding is involved.

Everything is worth something to someone. Hard part is finding that person.
I sold a couple of front bumpers in average condition (some peeling paint or dents) for $75 each. If yours is in great shape, $100+. People smash them up pretty often.

OK I'll settle foe a pic after it's installed.
mtbt does a video on this bumper as well as a cbi bumper install.
i have watched them and its not too crazy to install as I am most likely installing one this fall

It is possible to install the ARB in a way that is reversible. If you use the Tacoma brackets, which come with the bumper, you can cut off the sides with the captive nut and weld them to the cut ends of the 4runner frame. This allows for the factory bumper brackets to be bolted back to the original frame if you ever choose to do so.
Also make sure the shop inserts tubing into the frame where the ARB bolts through. This strengthens the mounts and prevents the frame from deformation due to load/torquing of the bolts.

Same. If it is dent free, it is worth decent money. Rear quarter bumpers are similar - hard to find dent-free OEM pieces.
