I was offered 10.1k for it 3 months ago. I backed out because I wasn't ready to sell. As I'm a Realtor now, it's not a practical vehicle for clients to get in/out of.

I know what the truck will fetch, I'm in no rush to sell. The right buyer will appreciate having months of labor and parts already done for them. It's a perfect turn-key expedition vehicle.
