Hi all, I stripped out the bottom screw trying to replace my TPS. Tried the dealership they couldn't find one so does anyone know what the size is or where I can get a replacement once I get the screw out?

Thanks.

One you get the screw out, use a saw blade and convert it into a flat head screw!

....or take it to a good ACE hardware and match the thread and length to an Allen screw and resolve the issue. That's what I did with my MAF sensor screws.

Was it a Phillips? If so, I bet you did not use a JIS screwdriver. That will strip Toyota Phillips screws every time if you use a US Phillips driver.

Great advice man! I've done this to a couple of my DSM after stripping the screws.

It was a phillips and I attempted to use a US screw driver. I got the top one out without much issue. I figured the bottom would be about the same but it stripped out immediately. I just wanted to see if anyone knew offhand without me having to match it but I will just take one out and see if I can find a match.

Just an update incase someone else runs into this issue.....I finally got the bottom off with a small pair of vice grips. Replaced it with allen head screws from lowes.....M4-.70 x 12
