2001 SR5 fog light question

I bought a used set of factory lights with brackets on here and didn't even look to see if I had the wiring in place to run them. I have wires to plug into the lights but no switch on the dash. Is there a plug somewhere in the dash that I can hook a switch up to?

I tried a search but couldn't find anything (prolly me not knowing how to search).
