2001 T4R clock light, ac light and cd light dim?

Hey guys just about a month ago I picked my self up a 2001 limited T4R with 141,000km on it! had no mechanical problems just had to do a few small things to fix er up, (new rad, timing belt, regular maintenance) but one irritating problem is that I can hardly see ac/heat control screen and my audio control screen and my clock is on and off. has anyone had this problem before?

turn you dim knob all the way clock wise lol

if that doesn't work turn on ur map light
