2002 4Runner- Check engine code P0446

My check engine, vsc off, and vsc trac lights all acme on this morning. Went to Autozoen and they came up with this code-

P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction

Any knowledge? My gas cap is on tight. Now what?
