2002 4runner Limited/ Radio CD fuse location

2002 4runner Limited

During a hard rain last night I was driving and I plugged in my Cell phone charger to charge my phone and my Radio/6CD player went out. My Clock went out as well. I'm assuming its the fuse but for some strange reason I don't see it labeled under the left dash (drivers side) with the other fuses or under the Left side under the hood. Does anyone know where to locate this fuse or relay?

Secondly, Do you think it would be something other than the fuse?

The cause of the problem was in fact the fuse
The fuse box is located under drivers side left leg. The fuse is not labeled radio. it is labeled Acc. The 15amp fuse was blown, I replaced it and the radio and clock returned to operation.
