Great video series! Gerry good troubleshooting information.

Mine is a little different issue. Not a hot soak issue, but when cranking hot and I accidentally turn the key off before it fires, if I crank again, the engine seems “flooded” and the only way to start is to open the throttle.
Otherwise if I let it sit a few minutes it starts fine.

All is good as long as I keep cranking until it fires.

On another note I like Ivan’s garage storage shelves above the garage door. Great idea.

I'm having this exact same issue with my 2001.

Starts perfect when cold but after being warmed up then parked for 15-20 I get a weak/long crank.

I have a fuel pump already arriving this week to hopefully solve the issue :guitar3:

Before you start for the second time, pull the air hose out at he throttle body, open the butter fly valve by hand and look for any fuel odor. HE said some times injectors can drip fuel into the chamber causing a flood condition.

Ivan is an amazing man. He can do anything!
