2002 - whats it worth?

I'm looking at a 2002 limited 4x4 with 65,000 miles on it. It shows just 6 service records on the carfax, one owner and no accidents. I have not seen the truck in person yet and have not seen the underside. They are asking 12,500.
What do you think????

Would be easily worth that if it was rust free and clean here.

It is low mileage but still 11 years old, dried out bushings, etc. I wouldn't give over $10k personally. Higher miles (under 150k) for less $$$ (~$8500) is a better deal.

Is the timing belt ok with 65,000 miles or would it need to be changed due to the age?

That's dead on the blue book price. I've been looking hard myself and haven't found anyone asking BB prices, always higher.

unless its in the PNW it wont sell at that price. for some reason out here in the PNW 4runner prices are inflated for some reason. but back in the midwest or east or south, no way would i pay that for one. i wouldnt pay anymore than like 8 or 9... its still an 11 year old vehicle with technology thats 15+ years old. no thanks

Definitely depends on the condition. If it looks like it has been driven tough or the underside is really rusty, no way I would pay anywhere close to that.
