I have a full set (5) 16" oem sr5 wheels. Tires are included but the wheels have been sitting on the side of the house for a few years. So may have some mild cracking. I would recommend replacement . Center caps and lugs can be included if you want at no extra. Only have 4 caps since the 5th is a spare
