2003 4Runner V8 SE Door Lock Problem
For the past few months I have been having an issue with my door locks. Last summer I experienced the same issue. Randomly, seemingly without reason, some of the doors will not unlock or lock using the key or the wired switch on the door. To make matters worse... the problem is off and on. One day it may work, one day it may not. To make matters even worse... the door/doors that lock or unlock with the remote or the door locks changes from day to day. The fact that the 4runner only has a keyed entry on the driver's door makes this increasingly annoying. The change in the weather seems to make the problem worse as in the winter last year the problem disappeared entirely and when it warmed up the problem resurfaced. Please help!
