so today i took my running boards off because it kept getting in the way when getting in and out. I am at stock height so i didn't see a use for them being on. taking the boards off was pretty easy except for the nuts holding the black brackets were a pita to get out. i personally like the look of them off. tell me what you guys think

I like how they look with them off but I like having running boards. So until I can get some sliders/ steps built up I'm keeping mine on. Looks good though.

Looks good, If I could take mine off I would.
I can't as my wife has balance issues due to a brain tumour she had as a kid and uses them to get into the vehicle. I would like to trade my boards for the OEM sport tubes.

Everyone has them off. For once I would like to see someone who has kept them on. Or at least some aftermarket ones. Go against the norm.

I had them off a while several years ago. After an off road trip in the desert with lots of higher speed runs on graded roads the bottom of my doors took a beating like someone was trying to sandblast them. I also did not like them off because it was to hard to wash and wax the top. 3rd reason short wife said put them back on or drive the car when she goes with me.
