2004 AWD Front wheel bearing bad again!

I had to have my right front wheel bearing replaced 4 months ago. Same exact sounds are happening again. Is there an underlying issue that would cause the new wheel bearings to go bad so soon?

Did you press them on yourself? If so , they have to be gapped properly or the 2 piece bearing will end up binding and heating way too fast, any smell coming from it>?
