2004 T4R Remote Start

I installed an Avital 4103 w/PKALL and was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what I have wrong. The car starts with the key in the ignition but it doesn't when I remove it. I'm wondering if I wired the PKALL incorrectly.

I believe it has something to do with the chip in the key - it's probably wired correctly. The computer won't allow the engine to crank without reading the signal from the key. Seems like I remember reading about a keybox or adapter unit to correct this... Give search a try.
