2004 Towing package extras?

I bought a used 2004 4Runner Limited/4WD with what I thought had the Towing package. It has the hitch and wired in with the 7pin harness. I went to install a brake controller today, and under the dash I was assuming there would be a plug to just plug it right in- as the owner's manual says- but it doesn't appear to be there. There are a hand full of wires that appear to be spliced in to the harness, which I am now assuming is the wiring for an aftermarket hitch.
Are there any other items- like a transmission cooler- that I am missing if I thought I was getting a "tow package"? or is it just the harness and the hitch?

Nevermind. Found the plug. It was taped to the back of the large wiring harness bundle, since I guess it has never been used. I thought it would have been more exposed. All set!

I see from your next post, that you found the brake controller harness plug. As for a trans cooler, it depends on your engine package. You didin't mention which engine you have (V6 or V8). If it is the V8, you should have a trans cooler. but, the V6 doesn't come with one from the factory, so you would have to install an aftermarket one, which would be a good idea if you plan any heavier towing.
