2005 4Runner Limited

I'm looking at a 2005 Limited 6 cyl w/69,0XX miles on it, clean Carfax, local one-owner.
I've done some searching on here, but are there any known issues with this paricular vehicle I should be aware of?
I've read about the recalls, floor-mats and chopped up gas pedals, but really couldn't find anything else....
