There seems to be lots of data and posts for 2003-2004 4runner zero point calibrations. I never got 03-04 procedure to work on my 2005.
Seems that 2005 uses different pins from whats posted in all those, so here is the TIS procedure from toyota's website for the 2005 for anyone that would need it.
