Guys. thanks again.Problems solved! Got the car back from the dealer 3 hours ago.,then took the fan shroud and fan off the truck to clean,your right about baked on adobe, took a good hour of straight full pressure stream off the garden hose to every inch of the radiator from the back and be patient.And that did it
Lesson learned: If it's not your 4runner,don't get it dirty!

Radiator cap also lets coolant back in from the tank once the pressure comes back down (coolant cools off) So if cap is completely stuck, pressure could build, come out of weak spot, i.e. water pump weephole or heater core, then never get replaced by tank when cool? (mentioned tank level never changes) Tank should rise when warm and lower when cool.
