2006 4Runner Won't Start

tried jumping it? looks like it doesn't have the juice it needs and every time the auto-start tries, it kills what little power is left in the battery and resets the gauges etc.
 
If it is a brand new battery and it's dead I would also be looking into the alternator as a problem. Since the battery was recently changed i would ensure that the terminals are tight.
 
Sounds like a low battery. I'd try to jump it again. Make sure you have a good connection with good jumper cables.

We had luck jumping it with an emergency jumper box, but not from the other car. We should be able to get it to the dealership tomorrow...but it sounds like it's probably a cable or the alternator or the starter...
