2006 JBL changer in 2004 SR5?

I've been looking around this forum and I can't find anything about replacing a stock six speaker system from a 2004 SR5 with a JBL changer from a 2006 4runner (or any other year). I'm hoping the size would be the same and I could get a JBL amp, a wiring harness, front and rear door speakers and be good to go.

Are there issues with only using six speakers with this hu? I'm not sure where I can look to see if this will fit in my truck.

Maybe the Scion changer is my only Toyota option.

Any input would be appreciated.

Not really cost effective to equip a JBL radio in a 4Runner that didn't come equipped with it originally.

The SCION unit is your best bet if you wanted an upgrade that was plug and play.
