2007 rear wiper and defrost

I just replaced the battery in my 07 V6. As soon as I did and started up my rear wiper and defrost no long works. Checked all the fuses and they appear fine. Suggestions on what to check next?

I had the same issue with mine after doing some work with the battery disconnected. I read somewhere to roll it all the way down, and then back up, holding the up button for ~3-5 seconds afterwards. It worked for me, so I'd give it a try.

Same here just last week. Roll the back window down just a little and then roll back up.

Driver's and rear windows have to be reinitialised when the battery is replaced, otherwise the east hatch ECU defaults to the window being open and disables automatic function, wiper and defrost.
