2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i

Hello everyone.
It was long overdue for me to get a second car in my family. I need something reliable and fuel efficient to get me to work and back. The 4 runner is my family car, this new Subaru is now my get to work car. I originally wanted to stick with a Toyota, really wanted to get a 07+ camry se or a Tacoma 4x4 crew cab, but they were just way over my price range $10k

I was just passing by a dealers lot when this car just caught my attention:

2007 Subaru impreza wrx 2.5i (non turbo)
Its a 4 cyl 2.5 Liter symmetrical awd sedan
Black exterior with a 2 tone grey/ black interior
59k on the odometer, VERY clean inside and out.
They were asking 10k, I paid 9k OTD

What do u guys think? I never owned Or read up much on Subarus, I hope I bought a decent and reliable car.

i have owned 2 subarus in the last 5 years and never had any thing that you wouldnt expect go wrong. As long as you keep up with the maintence and check and change the oil it will be a very reliable car. Sold my 2004 wrx on saturday and bought a 94 4runner sunday to save money from not having a car payment.

Keep it stock and you'll have no issues. I don't know where their prices are but regardless sounds like you got a good deal. You see so many around (non STi) so I highly doubt you've got anything to worry about.

I'd agree, it looks like you got a good deal on an easy to maintain, reliable, and safe car. My old Subaru saved my life in when I was hit from behind - took one quick repair to fix and it looked and drove as good as new.

Actually ended up selling it. The quality just isn't the same as a Toyota... It drove like a shopping cart.

Ended up selling it and buying an 07 Acura tsx, sooo much nicer
