2007 V8 T4R Sulfur TSB

I've searched a bit around here and found the TSB for the 2006 but not the 2007. Does anyone know if I could use the 2006 at a dealership to get the cats changed? My car's nearly 50k, out of the 36k range for bumper-to-bumper but parts and labor is 75k and I read that the cat warranty is 80k. Anyone know if I can work with this?

I'm interested as well. I've got an 07 v8 that is still under the bumper-to-bumper that stinks when I stomp on it.
