I have some that I need some help with. I have an 08 4runner that we did a brake change on. We changed the pads the rotors and the bearings on one side. The side we changed the bearings on once we tighten the wheel on we can barely rotate the tire. with out the wheel everything rotates fine. When we drove the vehicle there is no noise no pull and drives normal. Is this something to worry about or has anyone scene this before

So you're saying the hub assembly and all spins well and freely without the wheel on, but when you bolt the wheel on, it hangs? I'm not really sure how that could be, given the only surface your wheel should be touching is the hub facing. If you did some work on the axle (seal, etc.) maybe you don't have something back together correctly and putting weight on the end of the hub causes it to not spin. I'd recheck what you've done for sure before driving the vehicle. Something's not adding up.
