2009 4Runner Trail Edition Availability

Looking for a TE in the Boston area. Dealer states that there are only 4 in the country and production has stopped. Can anyone verify this info?

I doubt that's true about there only being 4 in the country. There are two chilling on the lot at a local dealer here in Dayton, OH.

I saw a trail edition at Toyota West in Columbus, Ohio, on my way out from my last free oil change, so that's 3, who has the 4th one?

That makes three so far. We just need the owner of the 4th Trail Editon to own up so we can account for all four.

Sounds like I need to go to another dealer and ask him to search the database again.

"only 4 left in the state" and "they are stopping production" etc.

I would be inclined to view the latter as more likey.

You can also search for them on the Toyota site, or your dealer may even link to it as well.

Good luck with your search, i LOVE my truck. It was hard to replace the 95 4Runner, but this truck really rocks!

Hey there's one here in Fresno CA! lol...

I think it's such a weird setup with the TE. It's like, a SR5, SE, LTD, and Urban Runner all intermixed...

I love how they give an extra Ac socket in the front, but they moved the back window switch from under the vent, to where the AC sockets are at! :bash:
