2010-2012 Fj Susp Modification?

I want to switch out my stock 4th gen susp, looking at a setup from a 2012 FJ, I know there are some modifications that need to be done and " can be done with power tools"..

Just wondering if anybody has experience with this and can tell me a couple specifics.
