Hi cv,

As you may be aware, the 'Entune' navigation system (2011 to 2015), is still yet distressed with 'operating system/firmware' anomalies. The 2010 4Runner didn't use the Entune system as we know it; it was still in the design stage at that time. Afaik, the 2010 nav system is now un-supported (discontinued w/o update vers).
