2011 LE 2wd to a 2014 TE Premium??

Looking at possibly swapping out my BP 11' Limited 4x2 for a Super white 14' Trail Premium but I'm really on the fence as to whether it's worth doing the deal. I was considering getting a a 2014 Limited several months ago before my 06' LE V8 got totaled out. That left me in a bind needing another T4R immediately so I bought the 2011 about 5 month ago.

Now that the 14's have come out, I'm starting to dig the look of the TE Premiums vs. the chrome grin on the Limited. With that said, I'm going back and forth trying to decide if it's really worth spending the extra money to trade in my 35K mile 2011 LE for the new TE Premium (non-KDSS). As of now, I'd be looking at a difference of around $10K.

What would you do?

Don't think just do it, goto the dealer and test drive the 14 TE with KDSS I assure you will sign the sales contract, that was 2 months ago when I did that, took my 12 SR5 4x4 (25k miles) for service and walk out with 14 TE premium with KDSS, love the KDSS but still trying to get the passenger side lean to sink in. TE premium with KDSS is awesome since I don't do much of hard core off road the KDSS was great on roadway, no more feeling of driving a boat like my 12 SR5.

I got my from Longo Toyota in El Monte California for 39k plus tax, including factory rigid running boards.
