I have years ago, havent been since TTORA took it over.
If you like big crowds, lots of rigs on the same trail at the same time, then do it.
It was fun the past, just to meet lots of new people, talk mods, BBQ, raffels, give aways, etc, but I havent been in years, not sure how it is now, might be worth looking into

hmm, i'll have to take a serious look into the fj summit next year.
as much as i like utah, sw colorado tops my list of places to off road.
