2012 4runner limited mudflap recommendation

Any good recommendations for aftermarket front and rear mud flaps for a 2012 4runner limited?

Thanks -

I have them on my LE with the auto-running boards (just a slight modification to the running boards allowed easy installation).

Just bought a 2012 Limited with the auto running boards. It's silver -- how would the black guards look on the silver, as it's obviously lighter than your metallic gray. Curious, as well, what modifications you had to make?

Thanks - new user here, so be kind.

I have the husky mud guards they look and work great but I did have to shorten the running boards an inch or two

I don't know about the automatic running boards but mine were a little to close to the front wheel well as were others on this forum but they easy to take off and cut down.

No worries. Welcome to forum. I must have a reputation for being unkind to n00bs or something. :)

Click this sentence for my thread on the modifications necessary.

I think they would still look great with your silver 4R. There are plenty of black pieces of trim on the 4R overall, so it will match just fine.

Best of luck.

I believe they only come in black...no modification needed and they'll look great :boink:

Yes, OEMs require drilling

Do the OEMs require any drilling?

Installed OEMs in 40 minutes ( I am kind of slow worker in this field). Had to follow installation guides by Toyota and drill 4 holes. Everything came out just perfect. I am very happy with factory product. BTW dealer wanted $100 for the installation!
