2012. Swapping AUX port for AUX+USB and adapter for USB-A to head unit.

Hi, I have a 2012 4Runner SR5 (without touchscreen/JBL). That I am in the process of upgrading the head unit and would like to add a USB port up front that connects to the head unit while preserving the AUX port.

Right now I have just the AUX port and I am looking into swapping it with 86190-53040. Is there an adapter that I can plug this into in order to get the AUX port exposed as well as the USB port to a male USB-A (so that I can plug it into the head unit?

I have found some forum threads but those delved into making a custom adapter.

If you want to keep it simple, my suggestion is to use the Axxess AX-USB-35EXT. It fits into the rectangular plug hole and then you can then connect the USB and AUX directly to the back of the new head unit.
