2013 4runner SR5

We have finally joined the ranks of the 4runner family and are very happy. We purchased a 2013 blizzard pearl SR5 with the premium pkg, beige leather and cross bars. We want to add running boards, chrome exhaust tip, rubber mats, rubber cargo mat and cargo screen. Before we spend any additional on the vehicle, I was hoping for some opionions on these items before I purchase them. Are they worth the expense?

I got pretty much everything you listed. If I were you I would pass on all of them other than maybe the exhaust tip. Aftermarket parts are better. You can get the mats from weathertech and the running boards from Steelcraft, Westin, etc. I think others would agree.

I have carpet mats, rubber mats may be easier to keep clean.
I like the looks of N Fab Steps over running boards.

Bobstrail, I like those boards as well. Problem is the wife needs boards to help with in and out due to her height and I don't want the leather seats to get messed up. If the vehicle was for me only I would've gotten a Trail!

I have runnber cargo mat from Toyota and it's just sqare piece of rubber with Toyota logo and raised edges. It took some abuse but it's tend to slide in the trunk and cover tie up rings. So I wouldn't buy it again, I'll try some aftermarket instead. But it better than just a carpet in the trunk.
As per running boards, I have factory one as a part of Canadian Upgrade package and as soon as I damage them badly enough I'll get some sort of rock sliders with a step. Running board are ok for city driving but they are not good for offroad.

cargo screen doesn't cover all the cargo area, leaving gaps at the liftgate and passenger seats. Make sure that you're ok with that. Never had chrome tip - to me seems to be not worth the money : )

I got the Toyota cargo cover and running board and want to sell them already (had it for 2 weeks)....

Where did you get the N Fab Steps? My wife is petite and hates having to climb into my runner! They look great!

Wish we could tint that dark in MD. They hold us to 35% on front side windows.

I had the 35% done on my front windows and it matched up pretty well. You figure with the added factory tint (7% ???) it works out to about 28% ????. (Estimates only)

I bought the Toyota cargo mat and preferred it over the Weathertech one. I picked mine up in Washington State and saw the Weathertech one at the dealership; it appeared to me to be too slippery.
