can I put a 30" bar with this ???

I'm pretty sure they were designed for 20-24" bars. I think 30" will be too wide for the aluminum bumper that they screw in on.

Not that I know of yet, but these mounts are more than strong enough for single round light applications.

agreed, I was planning to go that route. Ended up doing 6 on a aluminum C channel instead.
