Anyone know of something similar out there? Unfortunate as these looked like a perfect solution.

I have theses, and has no issues dealing with the seller. They are really well made and I couldn't be happier with mine. In saying that you can check out [MENTION=139789]RagoFabrication[/MENTION] if you want a high quality alternative (they are also a vendor on here)

I recently bought the Rago grill mount to install my 20" LED behind the grill. I haven't installed it yet, but i'm planning to install a couple 1/4" Rivnuts in the aluminum cross bar behind the bumper and bolt the Rago brackets in. You could also use some self tapping screws with large fender washers.

Would this setup for a 20" light bar work with a Budbuilt hidden winch mount allowing access to the winch from above?

I don't believe so. The biggest issue I see is that the mounts are designed to attach into the aluminum crossmember that sits behind the front bumper. Most hidden winch mount systems either use thiis cross member or replace it with their mounting system. I honestly don't think there is enough room. You can see the pics in my install linked below. An alternative would be to fab some mounts like what [MENTION=103267]Saker[/MENTION] did in his light bar install. With you having a TRD pro, the best option for both would be to follow what [MENTION=129593]MTN4RNR[/MENTION] did and get a single row lightbar and mount in the upper grill.

Yeah after doing some more reading I realized mounting in the upper grill will be the way to go. MTN4RNR's setup looks like it will fit the bill. Thanks for the links. (Got the mount, saving for the winch, flat link and light. Hopefully have it all together by late spring.)

It might. What are the measurements from the base to the bottom of the upper L bend (for clearance over winch), and to the top of the light bar? Also what brand of light?
I'll get you some measurements tomorrow and the light is from Ebay. There's a few details in the listing.
