From what I can see, the 2014 is only really getting negative feedback from this forum. Everyone else seems to love it.
ummm....I'm not too sure about that. Most of these below HATE it. Personally, I really like it! I think it's modern, aggressive, and ripe for aftermarket options. Time will tell I guess...

It doesn't really matter. Those that are looking for a new 4Runner will still buy it. This change will not sway that one way or the other.
When you see it in other colors there again be another whole slew of opinions.
And then, of course, you have many current 5th gen owners on the fence trying desperately to convince themselves that they don't like it so they still feel satisfied with their current ride and monthly payment.
But you know eventually this new refreshed look will appear in a great color and/or someone will mod it to look undeniably outstanding and they'll get that sick feeling in their loins.

Just noticed a power outlet in middle console for rear seat passengers — about time! Looks like it may even be 120V.
