Our factory ordered LE came last week with the remote start installed. It's a port install. We still don't have our cargo crossbars though.

The issue with your crossbars is interesting. My dealer called me last week telling me the system would not let them add the bars to my order. They said they will keep trying until it reaches port, but might have to install them after delivery.

Check the air pressure in them ... many members have reported overinflated tires on new 4Rs.

It's significantly smaller cabin area, wheel base, everything is smaller. I'm pretty sure the 4 Runner shares the same chassis with the FJ/Tacoma? Where the Sequoia is a long box Tundra. I used to drive a 2012 F350 for work, and the Sequoia never felt any different.

The Sequoia was a wide, long boat. With the adaptive suspension it would be great on the highway but annoying as a DD for the wife with two kids < 2years.

No, not all. The Sequoia is huge. It is a full size SUV, longer than a Tahoe but shorter than a Suburban.

I saw a new SR5 silver in town today.

I like the fact that they made the exit angle higher at the rear. And they deleted the goofy color matched plastic below the doors. More black the better - including below the doors and at the bottom of the front end. These areas getting scratched up from 4WD on rough roads.

Sweet rides. Wish I could trade the 2011, but not gonna happen right now.

my 3rd party broker is claiming that the cheapest 4runner he can get for me is the one with the convinience package with sunroof.

any truth to this ?? i'm scratching my head how a 4runner with sunroof can be more expensive than one without a sunroof.

I dont like a sunroof because i feel more safe without it haha. seriously, should i worry about having a 4runner with sunroof ?? any issues with sunroof ? thanks

the cheapest MSRP you can get is a SR5 4x2 with nothing at $33,680 including Dest fee.

that is w/o any packages, options, accessories. now most dealers don't like ordering a vehicle w/o floor mats as most customers want some type of floor mats. as a concession I would get either

Preferred Accessory Package : Carpet floor mats and cargo mat; Cargo net; Alloy wheel locks

Invoice : $223
MSRP : $355

or

Convenience Package : Exhaust tip; Cargo cross bars; Alloy wheel locks

Invoice : $218
MSRP : $356

Yeah I think im going with the Nitto's but I might go with the skinnier tire. Im thinking about going 235/80/17. Just like the narrow tread a little better.
Does anyone know the stock trail rim width? Is it 7.5?

When I picked up my 2013 Trail in February I had the new tires waiting for me at the tire shop. Nitto Terra Grapplers in stock size. Swapped tires with less than 50 miles. Bought the Nittos for a little over $600 and sold the factory tires two days later for $450.

A little over $200 for piece of mind was money well spent. It's a shame to have to dump money in a brand new ride, but I've been very happy with my decision.

Notice you have an S4! Got rid of my 2010 S4 about two years ago but loved every minute of it. Dave and the crew at Eurocode are great...I spent many days at their shop just shootin the sheet....they have an 900hp S4 at their shop....thing is a rocketship on wheels....

Yeah I researched that car for years before buying one. I had the Sways, Endlinks, AluKruez, and Short Shifter before my car even arrived at port. Shipping to Canada almost cost as much as the products, If I was local I would have them do everything. Modding German vehicles gets expensive quick. I put in 10K without a tune or exhaust (Soon)...
