2014, is there a Toyota VIP alarm available?

I just bought a SR5 Premium and I turned down the dealer offer to install the alarm for 700. When I got my 4th gen, I was able to buy the VIP Alarm and install it myself but it doesn't seem there is one available.

Have people actually activated theirs via techstream? Or is that a dealer only thing?
