2015 Trail Edition standard

Hi everyone. I just bought my first 4Runner last week and it has been absolutely awesome.

I wanted to ask for your opinion to see if I received a fair deal.

Car info:
2015 Silver Trail standard. Only 3 miles on it. No extras such as running boards or cargo sliders. Came with some "anti theft" package which I'm not even sure what it does.

MSRP: $37.8k
Price paid: $33.9k

Thoughts?

Seems decent but why ask after the fact? It doesn't matter anymore. A few hundred here and there isn't going to be a big deal or anything you should have buyers remorse over. Now get out there and enjoy the truck!!! Welcome BTW!!!

34k is pretty good. I paid close to 40k out the door but that was with CA sales tax plus some extra goodies. You basically got a Trail Edition for the price of an SR5 Premium....

No buyers remorse here. Just wanted to ask the seasoned 4Runner owners for their opinion. Thanks for the welcome!
 
On face value, that's >10% off msrp, which is way better than most get.

But it depends on what else over the $33.9 they added on (except TTL). 'Cause if they also hosed you on a trade, well .....

I used edmunds price match, so there was no haggling involved.

Did it have KDSS?
 
Save up for Katzkin leather seats, I had my 2014 Standard Trail and after a week I hated the cloth seats, I have two dogs and the seats started to look dirty and worn after the first time I vacuumed it out. Nine months later and I had Katzkin covers installed and now love the interior... except for the felt covered cardboard they call carpet.

This is a good data point for me, I am buying a TP in the next 10 days and have been following the KBB Fair Market Value since March. This will be my first 4Runner, my third Toyota

This is a good data point for me, I am buying a TP in the next 10 days and have been following the KBB Fair Market Value since March. This will be my first 4Runner, my third Toyota. I know the price differential of the Standard vs. Premium, IMO you got a real good deal. 10% or more off of MSRP is good. I am working with a dealer now and before we get to real negotiating, I am looking at 8%.

How about posting your good deal in this thread? It's thread that's been running for over a year. The title says 2014 4Runner but everything on the later pages is about the 2015.

That's a fairly good price for a T4R Trail Edition without KDSS.

I'm getting the 2015 T4R TE with KDSS and Entune with Nav for
MSRP: $38,655
Invoice: $36,247
Price: $35,447 + TTL

No other options. No floor mats, no cargo tray, no tail pipe tip, no etc...
I didn't want the Toyota Navigation system but after placing the order the dealer called me back to say he couldn't get it that way. I had to pay for the NAV. Oh well.
My special order (sans accessories) is being shipped now from Japan and should be here in about 2 weeks.

OP, your truck sounds exactly like mine (base trail, no KDSS) and I was very happy with getting mine at $34k before TTL. Good work

Do you mind if I ask where you purchased, I am that not far from OS, MS. My wife and I go there to shop and eat, so picking up a 4RNR would be easy
