2015 Trail Premium Cargo Capacity

My owners manual says 375kg (incl. passenger) cargo capacity.
Is this really correct and why? I know the locking differential is the reason but does anyone know the technical reason.
I am going camping regularly and generally carry tons of cargo.

This is based on the stock suspension. If you are going to use the rig loaded often, tow, or put heavy accessories on (rear bumper, fridge, etc.), then invest in AirBags on springs, heavier springs, or both for the rear.
