2016 4Runner Oil Filter change with special tool?

I just ordered an inexpensive socket tool off of Amazon. Here's the description:
ABN 6-8 Cylinder Oil Filter Wrench for 2.5L to 5.7L Engines - 64mm Cartridge Style -fit for Camry, RAV4, Highlander, Sienna, Tundra, Toyota, Lexus
It costs $11. The Moivx tool looked good for $24.

Wow that looks sweet! If it were half that price it'd be a no brainer for me but a little too rich for my blood at 200 pesos! Actually it's probably still a solid value there!

I ended up going for the ASR Racing Oil Filter wrench this go round via the Tundra Boards. It looks like it fits the Aluminum Cap like a glove. Fingers Crossed.

Yes, it's not cheap but it's the only spin on adapter for Toyota's that I could find. It's solid billet aluminum milled with the 5/8" diameter threaded hose openings and fittings for the AN-10 hose. There are added costs with the braided hoses and AN-10 machined fittings that you must buy separately to go with it. About $100 worth of parts depending on how you buy them.

The Baxter inverted oil filter adapter, the 2nd part where you attach the filter, is not the only option. There others on Amazon for a quarter the price that might do fine. It's hard shopping on Amazon because there's so little info about the products. You can't be sure it's what you need until you get it. And I couldn't tell what size of oil filter most of them fit.

In the thread I linked Zonin went the least expensive route with a spin on Fram oil filter mounted below the adapter, without any hoses, for $180. But that one sits above the skid plates. Zonin showed how his fit and he said there was room through the RCI access plate to reach the filter.
