Not super sunny but it is somewhat a beach picture...

I'll be surfing all Thursday morning (hopefully) and can try and grab some good beach related 4Runner pictures.
That would be great.

Whelp, these sure put mine to shame...
Nah man, get a picture with your boards on the beach. If you'd like, I can edit it for you and make it all pretty.

Total tangent, but how do you like that Mayhem? Do you ever run it as a quad? My friend has been interested in that board for a little while now.
Never run as quad, I have tried a few quad setups and personally not a fan. I like the looser feeling of a thruster, much easier to put it on rail. I usually run this board with JW-1's, they've been my favorite fin for quite a while now.
As far as Meyhams go, they're all I ride. I keep saying I'm going to try something new but whenever I'm in need of a board, I always end up ordering some straight from him. I couldn't speak high enough of him as he's a shopping genius. He's a super cool guy and I know he does a lot of shaping tours for customs. It's basically him going to shops, signing autographs, and talking to customers about customs they may want to order. If he's ever in your area visiting shops, tell your friend to meet up with him and talk through what he wants out of his board and Matt will deliver it. My opinion on him is certainly biased because I haven't ridden anything else for the last 6 years or so. This is a sub-driver but the rails are slightly tapered to handle a little bit bigger of a wave than the sub-driver would usually handle. It does really good in some super bowly head high stuff and I go to my sub scorcher II for stuff of that size when it's a little mushier.
Tell him to go for it, he won't be disappointed!
Intersting. I've always like the way a smaller quad setup feels, but definitely wave dependent for me. I'm also assuming you're a far better surfer than myself. It's a very loose term to describe me.
Thanks for the response!
Of course, let me know if he has any questions about them, I'd love to help him out!
Your pictures above look great, I need to get out and surf the PNW.
