2018 FJ Summit

Anyone going to the 2018 FJ Summit?

Trying to decided if I'm going or not since I've been to Ouray multiple times already.

I'll doubtless be there since I haven't missed one yet. I've attended the last couple of years primarily because a friend who works for the VA in Grand Junction came up with the idea year before last to have the Summit host some of the disabled vets from there. The vets that have attended the last 2 years have enjoyed themselves tremendously. I usually go to dinner with them on Friday night and then take one or two of them out with me on Saturday (there's a group that takes all the attending vets out on the Saturday run).

We made it to the last 3 and it's been a great event. This year the timing is just a little off so we'll be up there just before the summit but can't stick around for it. I've really enjoyed every one of them and we will attend again, probably next year.

Last year with or FJ, this year with our newly built '18 4Runner.
The week before we'll be in Canyonlands National Park doing the White Rim Trail and hanging out in Moab.
