2019 4R Canadian - Grinding Noise

Does anyone know the equivalent Canadian TSB #'s for the following US TSB's: T-SB-0012-19 (Front Differential Cyclical Groaning/Grinding Noise) & T-SB-0074-19 (Rear Differential Whine/Groan Noise at 40-60mph)

my cousin's 2019 TRD OffRoad (premium) is exhibiting some grinding noise and the Canadian dealers that he has tries so far are not being helpful in confirming and rectifying the gridding noise.

Although the TSB's you posted are designated for the USA market, Toyota Canada should still be paying attention to what has been identified as a problem.
